In 2009, the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters was founded as the very first organization to offer certification for medical interpreters. Since then, we have expanded and currently offer full certification in SIX languages: Russian, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean and Spanish.
